First of all, the product is exactly as described. I have very sensitive ears, with anything other than solid gold, and these have been perfect! I also cannot say enough positive things about the customer service from this seller!! My package’s postal delivery person totally messed up the delivery, and as soon as I reached out to the seller to say there might be an issue, they were on it immediately. They even called my local post office, and managed to get the delivery person to come back and fix their mistake, so that the earrings didn’t end up going missing.
