    How to Care for Solid Gold and Platinum Jewelry

    • Use jewelry polish cloth on the pieces to bring back the luster and shininess.
    • Store in cool and dry place when not in use.

    How to Care for Diamond Jewelry

    • Diamonds can easily be stuck with oil due to lipophilic therefore remove diamond jewelry during cooking or any other chores.
    • Diamond jewelry can be cleaned with ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. Or simply with gentle brush, soap and warm water at home.
    • Store in cool and dry place when not in use.

    How to Care for Pearl and Opal Jewelry

    • Avoid any chemicals.
    • Avoid sudden temperature change or high temperature on opal jewelry.
    • Pearl and Opal jewelry can not be cleaned with ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. Wipe with soft cloth using distilled water.
    • Store pearl and opal jewelry individually, away from diamond or other hard gemstone jewelry such as sapphire or ruby in cool and dry place when not in use.

    How to Care for Color Gemstones Jewelry

    • Avoid any chemicals since some color gemstones are treated.
    • Avoid sudden temperature change or high temperature on topaz, emerald, tanzanite and kunzite jewelry which will lead to thermal shocks due to its nature.
    • Be mindful when you wear emerald jewelry. They can be cracked or chipped even during small impacts.
    • Emerald jewelry can not be cleaned with ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. Clean with soft cloth in warm, soapy water.
    • Store individually in cool and dry place when not in use.

     How to Care for Sterling Silver(S925) Jewelry

    • Always remove before bath, shower, swim and any other activities that might involve chemicals.
    • Avoid direct contact with perfumes and skin or hair products.
    • Use jewelry polish cloth to wipe the oxidized area to resume the shininess.
    • Store in cool and dry place when not in use.

     

    Jewelry Warranty

    We are proud to provide limited one-year warranty on all our pieces, so you can rest assured that we will take care of it whenever it needs to be serviced.

    Here are a few limitations to our warranty:

    • Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. But we can replace it with a reasonable fees(based on the individual stone). We recommend you obtain insurance for your piece for the unlikely event of a center stone falling out or getting damaged.
    • Some of our pieces are set with one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become lost or damaged, we will do our best to replace it with a comparable stone with a reasonable fees, but color and type may vary, depending on stone availability.
    • Our warranty does not cover opals or turquoise. They are often irreplaceable, which means we cannot always replace them if these stones get damaged or lost. Opals are especially fragile. We recommend that you remove your opal jewelry before you bath, exercise, cook, clean, or use any kind of household chemicals or beauty products. To clean opals, use a soft toothbrush, mild soap, and warm water. (Do not put them in an ultrasonic machine for cleaning.)
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs (both ways) for repair work. If you live outside of Canada, please note that you are responsible for import fees and customs might occurred on top of shipping cost.
    • If you wear fine jewelry daily, a little wear and tear is normal. Our artists will check your piece and if you need repairs that go beyond what is needed for normal wear and tear, we will let you know about the labor costs and material fees associated with your service. Please always contact us prior sending your piece(s).
    • The warranty is void if you take your piece(s) to another jeweler for resizing or repair work.

    For piece(s) passing the warranty time, we will only charge a small amount(case by case) to cover the repair labor, material and loose/broken stone replacement fees.
