If you are still not satisfied with the item(s):
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship item(s) back within: 7 days of delivery
The below items cannot be returned or exchanged:
-Full eternity ring.
-Custom or personalized orders including regular items with engravings.
-Second returns and exchanges are not acceptable.
-Ring size smaller than US 3, larger than US 9, and any other customized ring sizes.
Any items that are returned, or for exchange, repair, resize, etc. must be packaged with appropriate padding, taped securely, and mailed with tracking information & insurance for your own protection. We will not be held liable for items that arrive damaged or do not arrive at all. We accept returns via USPS or Canada Post only for North America orders.
We will not accept any parcel returned without prior communication.
