Shipping policy

In stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

Made to Order items require 2-4 weeks of production time.

North America orders under US$50 will be charged with flat rate shipping charge of US$6.99. North America orders over US$50 will come with free shipping and tracking number. North America orders over US$150 will also come with signature confirmation service for extra security.

Canada wide orders will be shipped via Canada Post that typically arrives 1 to 13 business days.

US wide orders will be shipped via Stallion Express/USPS that typically arrives 3-7 business days.

International shipping (other than US) is flat rate of US$20 and US$5 for every additional order. International orders will be shipped via Canada Post international air or tracked parcel depending on your location and available services. They typically arrive within 1 to 4 weeks. We ship to majority of international countries with some exceptions. Contact us if you are unsure where your country is among that.

Please note these are estimated dates given by the couriers. There might be delays due to various reasons. If you would like to upgrade your parcel for faster shipping or change the method of shipping, please contact us for more information.

We will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels after they have been shown delivered. But we are willing to assist in providing additional paperwork for claim filing.

We will not be held responsible for any customs charges or duties that are incurred on any international shipments. Please be aware that these charges are likely, and that we are unable to predict the amount you will be expected to pay. We are legally obligated to declare the content and value for each package.
