I really wanted to love this ring, as the design itself is delicate and beautiful. However, my overall experience was quite disappointing.
The piece was a custom order and took about two months to arrive, which was longer than expected but understandable for something handmade. Unfortunately, when it finally arrived, it was made with the wrong gemstones. I had specifically requested emeralds, but the ring was made with rubies instead.
To their credit, the seller did respond and offered to correct the mistake, which I appreciate. However, after such a long wait, it was frustrating to receive an item that didn’t match what was originally discussed and ordered.
